Overview
The purpose was to create video content that could be shared on the website and in RFP responses. My contributions included: researching and hiring a video company, planning content, developing production schedules, scripting, budgeting, allocating resources, setting deadlines, and working with editors to oversee the final cut.
We shot for two full days and collected enough content to create a Culture-focused video, a Client-focused video, a Process-focused video, a Delivery/Install-focused video, an Employee Bio library, and website B-roll.
