Objective
My objective was to take a crude RFP template and create a sophisticated and engaging communication tool that translated the complexity of the furniture procurement process. I was also tasked with implementing new technology applications, like virtual reality, photorealistic renderings/animations, and video. The RFP process for large projects can last as long as a year, requiring a coordinated and strategic branded campaign. Highlights include:

Individualized Custom Responses Every response had a customized messaging strategy and content development plan tailored to the client based on their business drivers and priorities. Internal stakeholder interviews were conducted to discover our competitive differentiators and key takeaways.
Editorial Format
Content was broken up into easily digestible chunks using typographic hierarchy, infographics, blurbs, and imagery.
Branded Campaigns
Responses with multiple submissions and phases required a consistent and branded visual language. Full marketing campaigns included in-person team interviews, printed and digital PDF submissions, microsite(s), product demonstrations, virtual reality experiences, video presentations, and professional photoshoots.
Microsite Responses – Custom websites are created to allow the client to view the proposed product solutions at a larger scale and interactively. This format allowed us to incorporate digital content like video, virtual reality experiences, and bonus material that did not have a place in the PDF submission.

Video content – I led the effort in creating a company video résumé library, employee bios, and process demonstration videos.
Virtual Reality – I led the company in training our internal staff on how to create these experiences, determine the strategy of what to present in each client RFP/opportunity, and put together the experience using YULIO virtual reality software.
